Cipriano Consulting Services was formed by Giovanni Cipriano to provide investment managers the option to outsource their fund controller level accounting needs as an alternative to a full time hire.

Giovanni Cipriano, CPA owns and operates Cipriano Consulting Services. Giovanni has over a decade of experience in the fund space, including as Controller and Chief Financial Officer with firms ranging in size from $1bn-$4bn in AUM. Giovanni’s extensive background includes firms investing in structured credit, real estate, NPLs, music royalties, etc. that utilize various products such as complex master feeder structures, fund of funds, ICAVs, securitizations, etc.
Giovanni holds a Bachelors and Masters degree in Accounting from the City University of New York and has been a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York since 2015.
